The passing through the state frontier is impeded by the absence of the only legislative act that will strictly stipulate the procedure and the jural relationships between all the categories of citizen and frontier guards.
The Bill (Reg.№3123), supplied by the Cabinet of Ministers is aimed at the organization of the rules and order of the frontier control for the crossing the state border by the people and vehicles that are contained by the numerous bylaws documents and in one legislative act.
The People´s Deputies during the discussion upheld the Bill. They deem that the adoption facilitate the increase of the throughput of the current search points and cause reduction in time of waiting on the state frontier. In case the Law is adopted the melioration of the effectiveness of the frontier control is predicted at the expense of the new forms and methods of the frontier control implementation.
